Wrong. Does TV make a living? Yes, they do. Do they have a viable business model. Of course. Do they spy on you? NO, not at all. Social networks can use advertising, but without spying on everyone and getting information on your sexual preferences, political biases or health concerns,, which, by the way, are pieces of data supposedly subjected to a special type of protection, not products that Zuck and others can go around happily selling them to the highest bidder. If Americans want to give away happily all that information because they know no better, we Europeans are not going to do it.
